POWER OF ATTORNEY

The undersigned:

SYAMSURI ABDULLAH, acting in the capacity as Director of and therefore for and on behalf of PT. REKESAN, a company organized and existing under the laws of Indonesia, having its principal place of business at Rowogempol Building 13^th Floor, Jl. Warung Jati Barat No. 13, Kalibata, Pancoran, Jakarta Selatan (hereinafter referred to as the “AUTHORIZER”), whom have elected to choose its permanent place of domicile in the office of its Attorney as mentioned hereinafter, do hereby make, constitute and appoint:

Lawyer and legal consultant at Q&S LAW FIRM, residing at Apartemen Taman Rasuna Tower 13, 13^thH Floor, Jl. H.R. Rasuna Said Kuningan Jakarta Selatan 12950, jointly and/ or severally (hereinafter referred to as the “ATTORNEY”):

To act for and on behalf of the AUTHORIZER

-        To represent of and/ or accompany and defend the interest of law of the AUTHORIZER in law case between the AUTHORIZER and HANIFAH and/ or her authorizer in respect of the Warning Letter I of 13^th November 2010 and the Warning Letter II of 29^th November 2010 which were released by Nur Fauzi, S.H from the law firm of LEKOK & CO LAW OFFICE to the AUTHORIZER;

-        To take any actions which are relates to the above-mentioned purposes.

In accordance thereof, the AUTHORIZER granted to the ATTORNEY with full power and authority to take any and all actions in the broadest sense, including but not limited to make and sign and release the replay of warning letter; appear, attend and conduct settlement of bipartite, mediation, conciliation and negotiation; before and attend any settlement in Sub of Labor and Transmigration Department of South of Jakarta; appear and/ or appear before any officers or third party in court or out of court; give documents or other evidences; conduct and/ or receive payments by issuing receipt are required for it; and in general to do all acts deemed necessary by the ATTORNEY  for the AUTHORIZER as solicitors and legal consultant in order to achieve the purpose of this Power of Attorney and carry out any action deemed necessary, important and useful by the ATTORNEY on behalf of the AUTHORIZER, including but not limited to carry out any legal action in accordance with the provisions and the applicable legislation.
